Visit to Xenia on May 2, 2007

The visit was to investigate if it's suitable for sesshins if our numbers go up greatly in the future. It is on Bowen Island. The red X marks where it is. Xenia was originally an old sheep farm of 28 acres. Later it was bought and has been changed to a retreat centre. It is rustic, nicely done, and small scale. Beds for 25 people.

The lodge was the original building. It contains sitting room, kitchen, dining room with 2 large tables, 3 small bedrooms, bathroom with 2 toilets and shower.

There's a large pasture. The 3 photos below are a panarama from left to right.
