The August sesshin was again held in the city Zen Centre. First timers were Daniel from Winnipeg and Ned from Vancouver. Each sesshin in town builds a more solid sense to the ZC practice and also allows for gradually extending the facilities. Cooking this time was done in the ground floor kitchen. Work included sealing exterior openings in the building and garden preparation. Bunk beds had been bought for some rooms turning them into sesshin dormitories.
